ReplyDeleteWhat is the status of development of eco 2 ? when is the LOI likely for this? When is the announcement for plots for general category in eco 2 is being planned and at what rate?
ReplyDeleteEco City-II is located at an extreme corner of new chandigarh and is not a good place to either to live or to invest.
ReplyDeletePrices are also very high.
Project will come too late.
All the civic and business activities places in chandigarh and in new chandigarh are at long distances.
Hills are close by and thus prone to cold.
A flyover is coming up in front of it which would create obstruction to side sky view also.
Situated along the Kurali-Baddi highway which would remain quite busy and is bound to create lot of sound and air pollution in the area.
